FAQ
Listed below are some frequent FAQ's about products. If you can't find the answer to your question below, feel free to send a question from the Contact page. We're a small business but we'll try our best to get back to you ASAP.
Q: How is your soap made?
First and foremost, our soap is made by-hand in small batches by our founder and her sister Venice. We use natural Shea Butter or Goats Milk Soap to create a nourishing base that is great for all skin types. Each individual soap bare is unique based on the additional ingredients we mix in, to add to the end product (think coffee grounds or oats for an exfoliant)
Once made, the bars are either cut by hand or they’re demolded before being wrapped, packaged and labelled.
Q: What are fragrance oils and do you use them in your products?
Fragrance oils are lab-created scents that can contain both natural and synthetic components to achieve a certain scent profile. We do not use fragrance oils in our products.
Q: Are Angelee & Co. products vegan?
We currently have 1x Vegan bar available, the Grapefruit & Spearmint Soap. For a full ingredient list, please check individual product pages, and look for the vegan symbol associated with those products.
Q: What are the expiry dates?
We recommend our products should be used up within 1 year of opening. However, our natural bar soap has a 3 year expiry date.
Q: Which products are safe for use during pregnancy? Happy to share that all our products are safe for use during pregnancy. For specific concerns and questions, we recommend checking with your doctor or health care professional before using any new product that you may be uncertain about.
Q: Can I change my order after it has been placed? Yes! As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us to make changes. Send us an email to angeleeandcompany@gmail.com for support with any order changes.

Hi, I'm Kerry-Ann. Maker, owner, and the heart behind Angelee & Co. I'm based in Toronto, and I make every bar of soap alongside my sister and my dad.
This company started with two skin stories happening at the same time.
My nephew has eczema. And I have psoriasis. Anyone who lives with either knows the cycle — good days, bad days, and the endless search for products that don't make things worse. We kept looking for soaps we actually felt good about putting on our skin, and we kept coming up short. So we started making our own.
What began as something personal (soap I was making for myself as my psoriasis ebbed and flowed, and for my nephew's sensitive skin) turned into something bigger. We quickly realized we weren't the only family dealing with this. Not by a long shot.
That was about 5 years ago. A lot of planning, a lot of experimenting, and a whole lot of lather later, Angelee & Co. exists.
We're a women-owned, Canadian-made brand. Every bar is small-batch and handmade, with simple, clean ingredients you can actually read on the label. No fillers. No mystery. Just what your skin needs.
We started this for one little boy with sensitive skin. But we quickly realized we weren't the only family dealing with this, and we haven't stopped making soap since.
Our mission is simple. So are our ingredients.
We believe you should always know exactly what you're putting on your skin. That's why we use short, recognizable ingredient lists. Nothing hidden, nothing unnecessary.
Eco-friendly. Ethically sourced. Made with the kind of care you'd put into something for someone you love.
Because that's exactly how this started.
